Richard Lawson serves as Chief Community Development Officer and is responsible for strengthening the bank’s community impact through strategic partnerships, financial literacy programs, charitable initiatives, and economic development efforts. He has dedicated his career to helping organizations create meaningful change and expand opportunities within the communities they serve. Richard works closely with nonprofit organizations, civic leaders, and local businesses to advance the bank’s commitment to community growth and inclusion.
